Return & Refund Policy
This policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or modified. Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled after production begins.
2. Return Conditions
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging to qualify.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Customized or personalized products
- Used, installed, or altered products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards or promotional items
4. Shipping Costs
If the return is requested due to personal reasons such as preference, size, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to damage, defect, or incorrect shipment, we will cover the return shipping cost.
5. Return Authorization
All return requests must be approved before shipping items back. Unapproved returns may not be accepted or refunded.
6. Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting returned items, refunds will be processed. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, the issue should be reported shortly after delivery with relevant proof such as photos. A replacement or refund will be provided after review.
8. Product Support
Certain products may include limited post-purchase support covering manufacturing defects or functional issues, depending on product type.
9. Shipping Cost Responsibility
For customer-initiated returns, all shipping costs are borne by the customer. For issues caused by seller error (damaged, defective, or wrong items), we cover all related shipping costs.
