3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, the system will automatically send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Please allow 1-7 business days for the carrier to update your package tracking information. While the package is in transit, tracking updates may temporarily pause until it arrives at a major hub or regional sorting center (this can take 1-7 business days). If you still have questions about your package status, please contact us. If tracking information is not received within 7 business days of estimated dispatch, please contact support@lamprino.com.

4. Shipping Address Changes

Once a package is handed over to the carrier or is already in transit, we are unable to modify or change the shipping address. If you notice any incorrect shipping details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@lamprino.com.

5. Delays and Customs Issues

Delivery times may be extended due to unexpected logistical obstacles, such as severe weather, customs clearance delays, carrier strikes, or global health crises. If your package has significantly exceeded the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support team. We will immediately contact the respective courier company to investigate the status of your package.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled for a full refund prior to shipment. If your package has already been dispatched, left our warehouse, or is currently in transit, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you will need to accept the package and initiate a standard return request in accordance with our Return Policy.

7. Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees

While many small packages clear customs without additional charges, certain destination countries levy import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), or handling fees.

Please note that all import duties, taxes, and related customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the product price or covered under promotional free shipping. If customs authorities require official documentation for clearance procedures (especially in the case of bulk or oversized lighting equipment orders), we will gladly assist you by providing the necessary documents.

8. Lost or Missing Packages

If your order encounters significant delays in transit, is returned to us, or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us immediately at support@lamprino.com. We will coordinate with you to arrange either a full refund or a brand-new replacement shipment at no additional cost.
